Section 2(1)(i) in The Bihar Maintenance & Welfare of Parents & Senior Citizens Rules, 2012

(i)"Presiding Officer" means an officer appointed to preside over a Maintenance Tribunal referred to under sub-section (2) of section 7, or an Appellate Tribunal under sub-section (2) of section 15 of the Act;
