Information sought:
(1) Provide the copy of minutes of the promotion Sr. Tax Assistant for the year 2001-02 alongwith annexure.
(2) Provide the copy of minutes of the promotion Office Supdt (O.S.) for the year 2001-02 alongwith annexure.
(3) Provide the list of eligible candidates for the post of Office Supdt. who were in the selected list of Grade C (restructuring order 04/06/2011).
(4) Provide the copy of the seniority list of 2001-02 for the post of office supdt. (5) Provide the copy of the seniority list for the post of Data Entry Operator (Grade A, B and C) for the year 1999, 2000 and 2001.
(6) Copy of the order(rules related to promotion process) under which Data Entry Operator who fails ministerial exam was appointed as Tax Assistant and Data Entry Operator who qualifies ministerial exam was appointed as Sr. Tax Assistant and Data Entry Operator Grade B who fails ministerial exam was appointed as Sr. Tax Assistant during the period of merger 2001-
02. (7) Provide copy of order under which Data Entry Operator who qualifies ministerial exam 2000 who was appointed as Sr. Tax Assistant in 2001-02.
Grounds for the Second Appeal:
The CPIO has not provided the desired information.
Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present Appellant: Absent Page 1 of 2 Respondent: Mr. R B Sharma CPIO's representative through VC M: 9530400090 The appellant was given an opportunity to participate in the hearing but he is absent. The CPIO's representative stated that all information requested by the appellant in his RTI application dated 30/06/2014 was furnished vide letter dated 30/07/2014. He clarified that no DPC was held for recruitment year 2001-02 and minutes of the DPC meeting held on 28/1/2002 have been furnished.
Decision notice:
From the CPIO's representative's submissions it appears that the information has been provided. If, however, the appellant has any doubt in the matter the CPIO should permit him to inspect the relevant records relating to his RTI application dated 30/06/2014 and also allow him to take photocopies/extracts therefrom, free of cost, upto 10 pages within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
