Section 29(3) in The Punjab Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1963
(3)Where in accordance with the provisions of sub-rule (1), any motor transport worker works on the said day and has had a holiday on one of the three days immediately before it that said day, shall for the purposes of calculating his weekly hours of work, be included in the immediately preceding week.
