Section 1 in Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on dumped Articles for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995.(2)They shall come into fore on the 1st day of January, 1995.
