Section 8(2) in Manipur Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2014
(2)The Secretary in charge of the Department of Revenue, the Secretary in charge of the Department of Agriculture, an expert in the field of environment and a scientist in the field of agriculture to be nominated by the Government shall be the members of the State Level Committee and the Secretary in charge of the Department of Agriculture shall be its convener.
