Section 25(2) in The Gujarat Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(2)No person other than a veterinary practitioner registered under this Act shall be qualified to give evidence in any Court of law as an expert under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (I of 1872) on any matter relating to veterinary science.
