Section 13(6) in The Orissa Bhoodan and Gramdan Rules, 1972
(6)Upon receipt of an application under Sub-rule (5) the Tahsildar may, after giving the person concerned a reasonable opportunity of being heard and after holding such enquiry as he deems fit, evict such person from the land.
