The petitioners have approached this Court challenging the proceedings initiated by respondent no.2 under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act (DV Act).

2 Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners has preferred an application raising preliminary objection about the maintainability of the application Digitally under Section 12 of the DV Act. The said application is still pending.

3              In this circumstances, it would be appropriate if the trial

Court decides the preliminary objections urged by the petitioners before the trial Court.

4 The trial Court is requested to decide the application preferred by the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of.
