Section 78 in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995
78. Master Plan of site of New Town.
- After the designation of a site for a new town and after the designation of a Planning Agency for the same, the Designated Planning Agency shall prepare a Master Plan for the new town and the provisions of [Sections 70 and 75] [Substituted 'sections 70 to 75' by Punjab Act No. 30 of 2006, dated 27.10.2006.] shall mustatis mutandis apply to such a Master Plan.
