The petitioner, appearing as a party-in-person, would state that his grievance against the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, SAS Nagar, Mohali, stands redressed in the light of the latest transfer order dated 20.12.2019 passed by its officiating Registrar, whereby he now stands transferred from the Academic and Examination Department/Section to the Registrar's Office.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
No order as to costs.
