(4)[ If a Corporation is not reconstituted before the expiration of its duration laid down in sub-section (1), it shall be deemed to have been dissolved on the expiry of the said duration and, thereupon, provisions of sub-section (2) of section 400 shall be applicable.] [Sub section (5) added by Haryana Act No. 9 of 2000.]
