Section 3(2)(a) in The Emergency Risks (Goods) Insurance Scheme

(a)in relation to any person carrying on business in India as seller or supplier of goods, the liability of insuring that person against emergency risks to the extent provided by the Act, in respect of goods insurable under the Act which are not owned by him or deemed to be owned by him but in which he has an interest arising in the course of that business;
