Section 1 in Coal Mines (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1973
1. Short title and Commencement.-
(1)This Act may be called the Coal Mines (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1973.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th day of January, 1973, except sub-section (2) of section 8 which shall come into force at once.
