1. Issue notice to the respondent on whose behalf Mr. Jetly, learned CGSC put in appearance and accepts notice.

2. Let an affidavit in reply be filed by the respondent within three weeks. Two weeks thereafter shall be available to the petitioner to file rejoinder.

3. List on 24.07.2025.

4. In the meanwhile, we provide that any work order which may or has been issued pursuant to the subject tender, shall be subject to final orders which may be passed in this petition.
