Section 342(1) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(1)Where a type-written paper-book is prepared, two copies thereof shall be prepared in a case which may be heard by a Judge sitting alone and three in other cases, one copy being given in either case to the Government Advocate for his use.
