Section 42(15) in Uttaranchal Value Added Tax Act, 2005
(15)The provisions of Section 100 and Section 165 of the Code of CriminalProcedure, 1973 shall, as far as may be, apply in relation to any entry, search or inspection under this Section as they apply in relation to any inspection or search under the said Code.
