Present application is preferred by the applicant seeking anticipatory bail under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Prohibition C.R.No.I5205 of 2016 registered with W"A" Division Police Station, Gandhidham, Kutch for the offences under sections 65(A)(E) and section 81 of the Gujarat Prohibition (Amendment) Act,2016.
