Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2005
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2005.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on and from the 3rd June, 2005.
