Section 62(b) in The West Bengal Private Forests Act, 1948.
(b)shall in the exercise of his powers and in the performance of his duties in relation to such forest be guided by such orders and instructions, as may, from time to time, be issued in this behalf by the [State] [Word substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government.
