Section 44S(1) in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935
(1)During such period as the State Government may, by general or special order, notifying in the Official Gazette, it shall be competent for the Collector, on application being made to him in this behalf by a Land Development Bank, to recover all sums due to the Bank, including the cost of such recovery.
