Section 12A(1) in The Maharashtra Employment Guarantee Act, 1977
(1)The State Government shall separately constitute a fund called as MGNREGS State Fund of Maharashtra, as required under section 21 of the Central Act. Such Fund shall not be the part of the Employment Guarantee Fund constituted under section 12.
