Section 13(1) in Andhra Pradesh Prevention of the Disfigurements of Open Places and Prohibition of obscene and objectionable posters and Advertisements Act, 1997
(1)The Commissioner of Police, in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada and the District Collector elsewhere may accept, from any person against whom a reasonable suspicion exists that he has committed any offence punishable under this chapter, such sum of money as may be prescribed by way of composition for the offence which such person is suspected to have committed.
