Section 18 in The Jammu and Kashmir Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University Act, 1999
18. Colleges.
- The colleges shall be such, as may, after the commencement of this Act, be started by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and recognised by the Executive Council in accordance with this Act.
