Section 23(1) in Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Rules, 1995
(1)An application for registration as promoter or as an estate agent, shall respectively, be made in Form APR X and Form XI, and shall be accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees in the case of a promoter and two thousand and five hundred rupees in the case of an estate agent in the form of a demand draft drawn on a Scheduled Bank in favour of the competent authority.
