13. Functions and duties of District Pond Management Officer.
- The District Pond Management Officer shall exercise the following powers and perform the following duties, namely:-(i)to give effect to the resolutions of the district level committee;(ii)to conduct affairs of the district level committee;(iii)to monitor execution of schemes and works of the district level committee;(iv)to exercise control over the officers and officials of the district level committee;(v)to exercise such other powers and discharge such other functions and perform such other duties, as may be prescribed.
