Section 13(1) in The Benares Family Domains Act, 1904
(1)The [State Government] [Substituted by the ALO 1950 for 'Provincial Government' which had been Substituted by the ALO 1937 for 'Local Government'.] may make rules to carry out any of the purposes and objects of this Act.
