Section 8(1) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission Comprehensive (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 2001
(1)It shall be open to the Commission to permit any association/forum or other bodies corporate or any group of consumers to participate in any proceedings before the Commission on such terms and conditions, in regard to the nature and extent of participation, that the Commission may consider appropriate.
