Section 12C(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Pests And Diseases Act, 1947
(1)Every order passed under section 12B, including any order determining compensation for requisitioning vehicles shall be appealable to the Collector if it is passed by any officer lower in rank than that of a Collector and to the prescribed authority if it is passed by the Collector.
