67. Acknowledgement of pay.
- The Executive Officer or the Chief Executive Officer, shall personally be responsible for the amount drawn on a bill signed by him till the amount is paid and legally valid receipt of the payee is obtained. In case payment is made by cheque or draft or by crediting the bank accounts of the employees, there shall be no need of getting a receipt.
