Section 7(x) in Delhi Dowry Prohibition Rules, 2000
(x)The Advisory Board shall advices the dowry prohibition officer and the Deputy Commissioner of Police in respect of matters relating to the Act or the effective implementation thereof with constructive suggestions and active assistance.
