270. Traffic engineering schemes.
- The Municipality may, either on its own or through any other agency authorized by it in this behalf, as and when necessary, having regard to the abutting land uses and traffic flow patterns, implement traffic engineering schemes to ensure public safety, convenience and expenditure movement of traffic including pedestrian traffic.
