Section 4(1) in Departmental Examination of Assistant Public Prosecutors, Bihar Rules, 1986
(1)The Departmental Examination of Assistant Public Prosecutors shall consist of examination in the following subjects :-(a)Law Part I (Without books).(b)Law Part II (With books).(c)Accounts, and(d)Hindi.
