(7)The Chancellor may cause an inspection by such person or persons as he may nominate, or the university and its buildings, centres, libraries, museums, workshops, equipments and examinations and also of any institution, college or hostel administered, controlled or maintained by the university as well as of the examination, teaching and other work conducted by the university.
