Section 1(3) in The U.P. Bottling of Foreign Liquor Rules, 1969

(3)[ Subject to a minimum of Rs. 200 (rupees two hundred) a year or part thereof, the licence fees in the case of a brewer shall be levied at the following rates:] [Substituted by Notification No. 315/Licence, dated 22nd April, 1983, published in U.P. Gazette, Part I-ka, dated 6h August, 1983.]

(a)	Draft beer : Five rupees per drum on filling of 50 litres.
(b)	Bottled beer -
	(i)	Bottles of 650 mililitres	ten paise per bottle.
	(ii)	Bottles size of 325 mililitres	five paise per pint.
	(iii)	bottles of capacities of less than325 mililitres as sample fordisposalas such.	five paise per bottle.
