Section 5(1) in The Punjab State Council for Agricultural Education Act, 2017
(1)No business shall be transacted at the meeting of the Council unless fifty percent of the existing members of the Council are present:Provided that if a meeting of the Council is adjourned for want of a quorum then no quorum shall be necessary for the next meeting for the transaction of the same business.
