Section 40 in The Jammu and Kashmir, Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1978
40. Return of the certificate of registration.
- When a certificate of registration is cancelled under this Act, the person holding such certificate shall within seven days from the date of publication of the order of cancellation in the Government Gazette, return it to the prescribed authority.
