Section 3(4) in Himachal Pradesh Nurses Registration Act, 1977
(4)[The Director of Medical Education] [Substituted for the words 'the Director of Health Services' vide Act No. 19 of 2002.], Himachal Pradesh, shall be the ex-officio President of the Council and the Vice-President shall be elected by name from amongst its members at the first meeting thereof.
