10. Meetings of the Corporation. -
(1)The Corporation shall meet at such times and at such places and observe such rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings as may be provided by regulations.(2)The first meeting of the Corporation shall be held in accordance with such procedure as may be prescribed.
