Section 2(2) in The Iron Ore Mines, Manganese Ore Mines And Chrome Ore Mines Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1976
(2)if, in any such area as may be notified by the Central Government in the Official Gazette in this behalf, he is employed by the owner, agent or manager of such mine or by a contractor or any other agency exclusively in the loading, unloading or despatch of iron ore or manganese ore or chrome ore or any other material connected with the mining of iron ore or manganese or chrome ore;(i)“prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
