Section 8 in The Haryana State Higher Education Council Act, 2018
8. Vice-Chairperson.
(1)The Vice-Chairperson shall be appointed by a three member committee for a period of five years. The Chairperson of the Council shall be the Chairperson of this committee. One member of the committee shall be nominated by the Council and one member shall be nominated by the State Government.(2)The Vice-Chairperson may be removed on the recommendation of the Council.
