Section 93 in The Chhattisgarh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960
93. Certain other Acts not to apply to Co-operative Societies.
- Nothing contained in the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments Act, 1958 (25 of 1958), the Chhattisgarh Industrial Workmen (Standing Orders) Act, 1959 (19 of 1959) and the Chhattisgarh Industrial Relations Act, 1960 (27 of 1960) shall apply to a society registered under this Act.
