Section 23A(1) in Rajasthan Public Demands Recovery Act, 1952
(1)An appeal from [an Order made by the Collector under section 8 or 19-A] [Substituted by Act No. 42 of 1960.] shall lie to the [revenue appellate authority] [Substituted by Act No. 8 of 1962.].
