Section 15 in The United Provinces Estates Act, 1920
15. Continuance of annuities.
- Subject to the provisions hereinbefore contained the maintenance shall continue-(a)in the case of a minor nephew till he ceases to be a minor ;(b)in the case of a daughter or widow till she would according to the personal law applicable to her cease to be entitled to maintenance ;(c)in all other cases till the annuitant dies.
