(1)In every factory wherein more than [thirty] [Substituted by Punjab Government Notification No. G.S.R. 94/C.A. 63/48/Section 112/Amd. (20)/84, dated 31-10-1984] women workers are ordinarily employed, the creches shall be conveniently accessible to the mothers of the children accommodated therein and so far as reasonably practicable shall not be situated in close proximity to any Part of the factory where obnoxious fumes, dust or odours are given off or in which excessively noisy processes are carried on.
