- The Executive Officer may, with the sanction of the [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 11 of 1994 w.e.f. 31.5.1994.] prohibit by public notice or licence or regulate, the sale or exposure for sale or of any animals or articles in or upon any public road or place or part thereof.
