Section 92(1)(a) in The Juvenile Justice (Care And Protection Of Children) Rules, 2007

(a)In making appointment of members of the Board or Committee, the Selection Committee shall take into consideration the applications received in this regard in response to a public advertisement to this effect by the District or State Child Protection Unit or the State Government; and
