(a)By Direct recruitment against 25 per cent of the strength of the cadre of Subject Matter Specialist and against 75 per cent of the strength of the cadres of Agricultural Extension Officer and Junior Subject Matter Specialist in accordance with Rules 6 and 18 ; and
