Section 8(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991
(1)Subject to the provisions of the Act, the Chairman or Vice-Chairman, as the case may be, shall cease to hold office as such on his ceasing to be a member or on his resignation.
