(5)If the vaccinator finds that the vaccination of a child is unsuccessful for the third time, and the child is insuscepectible of successful vaccination, he shall report the matter to the Superintendent of Vaccination who shall deliver to the parent or guardian of such child a certificate of insusceptibility to successful vaccination in the prescribed form under his signature, and the parent or guardian of such child shall not henceforth be required to cause the child to be vaccinated.B-Revaccination
