Section 20 in The Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006
20. Resignation.
- A member of the Board other than a member of the Commission may resign his office by a letter addressed to the Government through the Chairman of the Commission who shall forward it to the government with in ten days of its receipt. The office of such member shall fall vacant from the date on which his resignation is notified in the Official Gazette or on the date of expiry of twenty days from the date of receipt by Government of the letter of resignation whichever is earlier.
